The fit is spot-on for my medium Ambush MIPS helmet—these pads snap right into the existing slots without any wrestling. I've been using them for a few rides and they're noticeably cooler than the originals. Exactly what I needed to refresh my helmet.

Finally, replacement pads that actually fit my MIPS helmet without bunching up—the adhesive is strong but not impossible to reposition. I was worried they might change the fit, but the medium set restored that snug, secure feeling I’d lost after washing my old pads a few too many times.
